We had the first showing yesterday and the couple liked it enough to ask for the disclosure form. Three showings today and one Sunday morning with the open house in the afternoon.
Fingers crossed for a quick and easy sale!

I've enjoyed following your progress and it has opened my eyes to see what needs to be done in my home if we decide to relocate. Clearing away unnecessary 'stuff' is key. Makes life easier! In our wardrobes as well as the home. Thank you for sharing the journey.
