My goals are simple, but time consuming for November:
- Clean kitchen very thoroughly before Thanksgiving including cabinets
- Find Thanksgiving and 4 other day dinner plans for visiting son and DIL who are eating Paleo
- Finish pruning azaleas, spray for white flies, clean out perennial bed and rake leaves endlessly
- Vacuum semi-finished basement
- Focus on being thankful for the family, friends and life we have
What are your goals as we enter the holiday season?

Hi Juhli! Those are great goals. I think it's neat that you are going to accommodate your Paleo son and his family!
ReplyDeleteMy goals are to walk at least 5 days/week for 45 minutes to an hour, lose at least 3 lbs., do all the assignments for the "New Year in November" online class I am taking, and lighten my commitment load so I can enjoy Hallmark Christmas movies & time with family.
Great goals! The New Year in November class sounds interesting and I'd like to hear more about it. BTW, son and DIL have not asked for any accommodation; they are totally non-demanding but I want them to enjoy their meals.
DeleteMy goal is to see my 30 year old daughter get married this Saturday and then enjoy the rest of the month. We are having sensational weather here in PA this week...high 60s and low 70s all week...thank you God. I enjoyed reading your blog when it related to your son getting married.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to your daughter, her fiancé and your whole family! Enjoy whole heartedly the wedding experience and the rest of the month.
