On Tuesday when I woke up I could pick my head up off the pillow without using my hand to help with no pain! I cancelled my Thursday physical therapy appointment and heaped praise on the therapist.
Today I finally had the massage my husband gave me as a Christmas present.
Feeling very relaxed and pain free as I sip my glass of Chardonnay.
Happy.
