Happy with my clothing purchases

I'm filling wardrobe holes by shopping sales and consignment shops. I am so happy with these 4 additions which aren't all for the current season but are all good additions to my wardrobe. Bonus is that they all go together and I spent less than $80.

That's gray jeans, a short sleeve cardigan (that even goes with those tangerine jeans), a lightweight  & sparkly wool blend 3/4 sleeve greige top, and a lovely cayenne long sleeve top. The jeans were on sale at Macy's and the tops are like new from my favorite consignment store.

I've ordered a variety of shoes to try on at home to replace worn out ones. I made sure they had free returns and have my fingers crossed. That should be the end of my clothes shopping for a while.

    1. Thanks Mette. I've already been holding up some combos as the flowered cardi is inspiring some potential outfits. I'm supposed to stay one neutrals + 1 color or monochromatic but can go analogous so I think I will do your idea of how many outfits can I make with the one cardigan!

  2. Love that cardigan - it definitely looks like a hero piece! I agree that they will all go well together. I love shoes however I hate buying shoes as, sadly, there are too many pairs in my wardrobe that are hardly ever worn. I'm trying to remove black from my wardrobe but I have 3 black pairs that I still wear as they are so comfortable!

    1. A hero it is - don't you have a flowered one in your colors too? Lucky you having comfortable shoe. I am really in need of shoes and ones that don't hurt. Top priority right now.
