Since we were out of town or on an airplane yesterday, menu planning got moved to Tuesday. Nothing exciting this week although easy to chew meals rule early in the week as my braces were tightened a lot this morning!
Tuesday - halibut
Wednesday - vegetarian chili
Thursday - turkey meat loaf
Friday - pizza
Saturday - chicken breasts
Sunday - leftovers

ReplyDeleteOK, what would you like with your pizza?
DeleteMy son was in braces from 10 to 18 years old! My husband and I were thrilled when he finally got them off!
DeleteHave a wonderful and delicious week.
Yikes - 8 years! However I don't want to total the time I have spent moving my teeth around - as a teen, in my 30s and now again at 62. This time at least they know to make retainers that I will wear the rest of my life.
DeleteI had braces on and off twice over a period of 6 years, and will never forget how much they hurt after being tightened. You will glad you did it though :)
ReplyDeleteI am glad I am doing it - it is the way to keep my teeth the rest of my life and as a bonus my smile will look nicer! I have asked the orthodontist to be aggressive in making progress with hopes that they will be off in a year in time for my son's wedding and I am paying the price with a bit more pain.
