New recipe hit of the week

I am determined to try at least two new recipes each month and here is the first one for January. My hubby said it was the best pork we had ever cooked! I wouldn't go that far but it was very good and a nice New Year's Eve special main dish with leftovers. By the way, if you roll it up like I did it seems to take longer to cook that the recipe says. Enjoy.
