Happy Winter Solstice - Is this really winter?


 It may be the shortest day and longest night of the year and the first day of winter, but here in Atlanta it is supposed to reach 68 degrees. 



Not that I am complaining!  It just seems a bit odd to call this winter.

    Last night really did seem long. I am happy tha the days will start getting longer now. Only three more months until Spring! I am looking forward to 68 degrees again. ~~Bliss

    Bliss, I hear you about Spring. I grew up in the midwest and the winters are cold!
