Healthy Wednesdays - Have you gotten your flu shot?

Yesterday I had my annual physical and all was well.  Nothing new, but I also got my flu shot.  I have 3 business trips and two family visit trips between now and the end of the year not to mention everyday interactions.  Someone will send the flu virus my way I'm sure and I don't want it!
