31 years and still in love

It's our anniversary today and I am happy to report that we still are delighted to be together!  We don't have any special plans for today.  We did buy tickets to a play for Saturday night as a friend is performing in it but it got a terrible review and we may skip it and do something else.  Regardless we will enjoy being together and happy each day not just this day.

How do you celebrate anniversaries?

This year hubby and I are getting away to Charleston, SC for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary! We are finally able to do this after all these years...and LOVE it!

  3. Thanks and I should note that we had a week long vacation in Florida just a few weeks ago and well as a trip to see our son last weekend. We just didn't align anything with this specific day.

  5. Congratulations and happy anniversary! We don't usually do anything big for our anniversaries, but this year we splurged and went out to dinner. We had a coupon, but it was still expensive (but also delicious and fun!).

  6. Happy anniversary! Have a wonderful day :) We'll have been married 29 years on New Year's Eve this year. My son is now older than I was when I got married, which makes me realize how young we were!

  8. Thanks everyone. In the end we did go out for dinner at one of our usual places but that was because my meeting ran late and it was too late to cook the planned meatloaf LOL.
