Have a wonderful 2014!

I am convinced this is going to be a great year! Resolutions come and tend to be forgotten so I am going to live a year of doing more instead.

MORE
- Exercising mind and body
- Getting on with it - whatever the project or task may be OR Unprocrastinate!
- Celebrating - holidays, family, friendship, the seasons, and life in general

Those aren't very specific so I'll have these mini-goals for January to get me started.

1. Exercise (gym, class, DVD) every day and walk dog when it isn't raining
2. Finish one painting
3. Work on my "Inspiration" art journal once a week minimum
4. Make sample skirt out of muslin to get fit right
5. Take photos that reflect the season
6. Master my phone's important features
7. Have a great time visiting family in S. California

I'll keep you posted how it goes, but in the meantime here's an Irish Blessing for the New Year!

Good health, every day, whether I see you or not!
May your cup overflow with health and happiness.
May all your days be happy ones.
Merry Solstice and a Happy New Year!

  1. Oh, my gosh, you have a lot of goals for January! I want to forego a daily latte (easy, since the snowbird resort we just got to doesn't have a stand), resist an evening ice cream, and get back to pulling my book together.

    1. A book sounds like a very big goal! What is it about?

    1. I have had to mess with technology a lot this past year so I put this off. Time to figure it out before we head off on some trips.
