Everything else varies and it is a matter of a daily balance we think. The estimates of how much diet matters are about 15% - 30% so you can't really control it with food but just help.Juhlihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14440147890620303894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4615566302085141880.post-87669672522303176382014-06-20T09:09:31.896-04:002014-06-20T09:09:31.896-04:00Touch wood, fingers crossed etc we don't have ...Touch wood, fingers crossed etc we don't have any major health problems to contend with, though I am very careful with salt as I have borderline high blood pressure. For that reason, I started eating oily fish after being a vegetarian for many years, as it is considered healthy to do so. On our recent luxury train holiday I wrote on the form that I didn't eat any form of meat or tomatoes, which our guide carefully dealt with for me both on the train and in restaurants. I think the no tomatoes rule was the hardest for them to cope with!Sue in Spainhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18005957373268201709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4615566302085141880.post-4954341103150445772014-06-20T01:49:54.942-04:002014-06-20T01:49:54.942-04:00It certainly depends on your doctor, but for me it...It certainly depends on your doctor, but for me it works best to do the all things in moderation rule (however I have no allergies). I do eat low fat everything and do not salt my food but use other spices. My father had gout and if I recall organ meets, sugar, beer and seafood are the baddies. I have calves liver about twice a year and we always call it gout food, lolBarbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15195838412173806659noreply@blogger.com
